Lee advised and coaches clients through transformational change, management and organizational transition, and operational issues. Previously, Lee led company-wide transformation efforts for Warner Bros. for over 11 years. Prior to joining WB, she worked in consulting for 22 years, 19 of them with Accenture.

In addition to her professional career, Lee is a consultant with the Executive Service Corps of Southern California doing strategic planning, organizational assessments, and leadership coaching with a wide variety of non-profits. Lee is Vice President of Finance for the Board of The Ebell of Los Angeles; Finance Committee Chair for TreePeople and the TreePeople Land Trust; and serves on the board of the Organization of Women Executives.

Lee received an MBA in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business, and a BA in Public Relations from the USC School of Journalism and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
